2. User Conduct
To maintain a high-trust environment, all users must adhere to the following standards of conduct. Authenticity: you must provide accurate and truthful information regarding your identity and the products you list. Integrity: users are prohibited from engaging in shill bidding, price manipulation, or fraudulent communication. Professionalism: all interactions between buyers and sellers must remain respectful and on-platform.
3. Listing Policies
All listings must accurately describe the item's condition, including any wear, damage, or modifications. Stock photos may only be used for new items. Counterfeit or stolen goods are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Kushneta reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these policies.
4. Payments & Safety
Kushneta encourages all communication and transactions to remain within the platform. Never pay via wire transfer or external links. For in-person handovers, meet in public, well-lit spaces and inspect the item carefully before finalizing.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through Kushneta's moderation process. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, who may take action including listing removal, account warnings, or suspensions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kushneta acts as a venue connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to the actual transaction. While we provide verification tools and moderation, we cannot guarantee the condition of items or conduct of users. Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
